30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Tribe AccredAI subscription, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the order date. This applies to initial purchases and renewal payments.
How to Request a Refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all refunds. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Email our support team at support@tribeaccredai.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — if you would also like a refund of your most recent payment within the 30-day window, follow the steps above.
