Automated measurement and final report
The pilot records a dated baseline at activation and a final snapshot at the end of 90 days. Every figure in your report is labelled with its source — platform recorded, participant reported, calculated, not available or not applicable — so activity and perception are never presented as proven causal impact. Measures that cannot be captured are shown as unavailable rather than estimated.

Group office hours
Two 60-minute virtual group sessions each week, led by the founder. Attendance is optional and institutions may join either or both. Sessions cover platform onboarding, configuration, adoption barriers and feature use. They are not accreditation consulting and do not provide compliance determinations. Missed sessions do not create an entitlement to a private make-up session, and sessions are not recorded automatically.
Group office hours are shared implementation sessions. Participants should not display or disclose student information, personally identifiable information, confidential institutional records, protected accreditation findings, proprietary evidence or other sensitive information. Institution-specific evidence and confidential questions should be submitted through the approved secure support channel.
Scope and boundaries
The Founding Workflow Pilot provides software access, platform onboarding, group implementation office hours and workflow-adoption support. Tribe AccredAI™ does not provide accreditation consulting, legal advice, regulatory advice, accreditation decisions, compliance determinations or guarantees of accreditation outcomes. Participating institutions remain responsible for their evidence, interpretations, narratives, submissions and accreditation decisions.
Conversion credit
If the institution activates an eligible annual Tribe AccredAI™ subscription within 14 calendar days after its 90-day pilot concludes, the full $2,500 pilot payment will be credited toward the institution's first annual invoice.
- The credit applies only to an eligible annual subscription.
- It does not apply to monthly subscriptions.
- It has no cash value and cannot result in a cash refund.
- It is not transferable between institutions.
- It expires 14 calendar days after the pilot concludes.
- The pilot payment is otherwise nonrefundable, subject to the existing Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
