All generated outputs remain subject to human review and approval.
Institutions retain full responsibility for:

- regulatory compliance,
- institutional reporting,
- and governance decisions.
Institutional Data Responsibility
Organizations maintain ownership and control over their uploaded materials and institutional content. This may include:
- accreditation evidence,
- narratives,
- program documentation,
- reports,
- policies,
- and supporting materials.
Tribe Accred AI does not claim ownership of organizational content uploaded to the platform.
Secure Collaboration
The platform is designed to support structured collaboration across distributed accreditation teams. Security-oriented collaboration practices may include:
- role-based permissions,
- workspace separation,
- controlled reviewer access,
- section locking,
- and activity visibility.
Organizations are responsible for managing user access and internal governance practices within their own workspaces.
Platform Reliability
We work to maintain stable and reliable platform operations through:
- infrastructure monitoring,
- managed deployment practices,
- controlled updates,
- and operational maintenance procedures.
While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed at all times. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or external service interruptions may occasionally affect availability.
Responsible Use Expectations
Users may not use Tribe Accred AI to:
- upload unlawful or malicious content,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- disrupt platform operations,
- misuse AI-generated outputs,
- or violate applicable institutional or regulatory requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse or security concerns are identified.
