Eligibility & Organizational Use

Users must have authority to access and use institutional materials uploaded to the platform. Organizations are responsible for:

• managing user permissions,
• maintaining account security,
• and ensuring appropriate internal governance over platform usage.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access,
• interfere with platform functionality,
• upload malicious code,
• misuse AI-generated outputs,
• reverse engineer proprietary systems,
• or violate applicable laws or institutional obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, or security concerns.

Intellectual Property

Tribe Accred AI retains ownership of:

• platform software,
• interface designs,
• branding,
• documentation,
• and proprietary technologies.

Organizations retain ownership of their uploaded institutional content and materials.

AI-Assisted Content

AI-generated outputs are provided for operational assistance purposes only. Organizations remain solely responsible for:

• validating generated content,
• reviewing evidence mappings,
• ensuring submission accuracy,
• and maintaining institutional oversight.

Availability & Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or improve portions of the platform periodically. While we strive for reliable service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tribe Accred AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant:

• accreditation success,
• regulatory approval,
• uninterrupted availability,
• or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribe Accred AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use or inability to use the platform.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
