Partner Standards
What 'vetted' means in the Tribe AccredAI partner directory. We keep this short and honest: institutions deserve to know exactly what a listing represents — and what it doesn't.
How we vet every partner
Every consultant in the directory has cleared the same five-step intake.
Verified identity & LinkedIn
Every applicant submits a verified professional identity and an active LinkedIn profile we can cross-check before listing.
Two institutional references
Two references from institutions the consultant has worked with — name, role, and institutional email on file. We reach out before approval.
At least one named accreditation cycle
Applicants document at least one prior accreditation engagement: institution, accreditor, year, role, and outcome.
Code of conduct & conflict-of-interest
Signed attestations covering confidentiality, FERPA-aligned handling of student records, and disclosure of any accreditor or vendor relationships.
Human review before listing
A member of the Tribe AccredAI team personally reviews and approves every partner before they appear in the directory. No automated approvals.
The two tiers, plainly
We deliberately keep this simple. No paid placements, no pay-to-rank.
Listed Partner
Has passed the five-step intake above. Appears in the partner directory and can be engaged directly by institutions.
Founding Partner
Invite onlyHand-selected practitioners we've worked with directly on the platform. Distinct badge, featured placement in the directory.
